Hi, NN.C.
For all attended and all involved with A Show for Hope.... THANK YOU!!!!! The show was a total success, we all had a blast, craft vendors made money, and most of all Justin Hope was able to receive almost $2,000 that N.N.C. and Imagination raised from registration. On to the planning of our next show. Time to rock the Redwood! I have posted over 90 pics from the show on our web. Please check it out. So many people worked so hard to make all this happen. www.northernnevadaclassicscarclub.com See ya next month. Kevin Degregori President Northern Nevada Classics

Happy Show Season to All, Hope all have had a great season. One more to go! A Show for Hope is right around the corner. Final thoughts and tying up loose ends! August meeting was about raffles and goodie bags needed for next month. We will have last meeting September 15th to fill goodie bags and add any raffles prizes to the mix. Main topic of the meeting today was the three shows planned next year. The first one will be our show at the Redwood Rotisserie, April 26th at 10 am. poker run will begin at 8 am. Second will be at the Reno Town Mall, July 25th. This will be a evening show, 5 pm to 10pm Last but not least will be our annual Baldini's show, September 20th, 9am to 3 pm. With all these shows going on, we will also be supporting a local charity for the course of the year. S.P.C.A. was chosen by you all! We will collect donations and deliver monthly. Pics of members and exposure to our club is the goal, main goal as always, is to give back to our community. Looking forward to an awesome show with N.N.C, Imagination and the Justin Hope Foundation next month! Hope to see ya all then! Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics Hello N.N.C.
This month's meeting seemed like a core meeting only, rather than a monthly club meeting. The attendance was great for core members, but only one club member, I hope for better next month with two months till our Baldini's show. Regardless, we had a great meeting, thanks to our core of Rene, Marnie and introducing Andy Barton and Dan Collins to our special events core. Jack as Vice President is no longer as well no longer a club member. Terry Lindstrom is no longer our Seargent at Arms, but will continue as a member. John Biondo, was nice enough to step into this position for us on a temporary basis. We will move forward without filling these positions for the time being. Our core is strong and the club has a bright future with the members that hold their rightful positions. We will have our walk through with the craft vendors August 3rd at Baldini's at noon. Anyone wanting to attend, contact Marnie. This is to discuss space for them and to take payment for space. We are looking for 2 people for parking for the Baldini's show. Contact me if interested. Our September meeting will include Imagination and N.N.C. stuffing goodie bags for the show the following week. If you have goodie bag stuff to add, please bring them to our August meeting. We are in need. Speaking of in need!!! Raffle prizes are cash that goes right back into our piggy bank. Right now we have 8 items. In order to make a successful raffle sale, we should have at least 20. Please take a look around, something you don't use anymore or never have. Something that may not have value to you, but does to some else. Anything can help us! Core approved the purchase of an ION pathfinder P.A. for show use. Spoke with Heff from Hellfire. Heff will reopen at a new location, he will keep us informed were and when as soon as he know. With the Show space for next year in question, here is our solution. Andy and Dan are planning for 3 shows next year. 1. Is a possible New Hell Fire in April 2. Is a possible new landing spot across the street from the old A&W. I believe it was a Carrows. John Biondo knows him " I will make our club introduction and request to the owners. This is option 2 for April if Hellfire isn't ready 3. This is a go. Member Dave Asher has offered us the parking lot at Old Town Mall for a show and shine. Dave is a huge part of our community, this will be an all local show including craft vendors and possible swap meet. Here is the other twist, Andy Barton's suggestion of a night show. This show will be like no other. August 1st on the Virginia strip from 6pm to 11pm. 4. Baldini's is our main show of the year as well as our biggest sponsor for September. We, as a club need to work on thoughts for not only this staple show, but all the others above. Andy has also come up with the idea that we pick a local charity that we will help out with, donations and delivery at the end of the year. This year's choice so far appears to be S.P.C.A. of Northern Nevada. Final decisions and all details to be made at the August meeting. Dan's idea for a poker run next year ending in a club B.B.Q. was also approved today. This poker run will begin next year and will start off the car show season. More details to come later. Next year we will look into the opportunity to have pay pal or some kind of online registration for our show. Northern Nevada Alliance is planning a B.B.Q. for all local clubs to attend. September 8th at Bower's Mansion in Carson City. As soon as I get more info, I'll pass it on. Next year N.N.C. will plan a monthly cruise night. It will be at a set place and time, once a month and will be posted on our event page. One suggestion was a McCarran Loop cruise! A lot of great ideas to post, I was only able to touch on some. Want to know more or add your suggestions or idea?? We will see you next month then! August 18th 3:30 pm at Baldini's. See ya there! Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics C.C. Greetings Northern Nevada Classics!
Some tidbits from the June meeting. This month we had special guests James and Kevin from Imagination C.C. and Art, the Founder of Justin Hope Foundation. We discussed the confirmation of the beer garden put on by Record Street brewery, the Face Painter for the kids and the location of the craft and food vendors. Justin hope will have a chocolate booth and pamphlets table right next to registration, the food vendors and craft vendor will be right behind us in there own area, with plenty of room to browse and eat without being in the area of the cars, but close enough to all that is going on. Elvis will be on stage, strategically located, so all can hear, but will not be drowning out our registration area. Art and the Justin hope foundation not only got us the beer garden, but also were able to get the kids face painter for the kiddy's, who will also be located within this area. All this going on with still space for 250 cars, family and friends!! N.N.C. will be splitting duties on registration. Imagination and N.N.C. will each be doing our own raffle prizes, but will combine efforts on the 50/ 50 raffle. We will also split the duty of parking - Justin hope will have 4 volunteers, Imagination 2, we need 2 for N.N.C. to help out. Imagination has decided to not have their rides judged. N.N.C. are encouraged to bring your rides to be judged, we all work hard on them and they should we seen and judged. We will have judges that are not a part of our clubs - they are IMPARTIAL, PROFESSIONAL, and very fair, so I see no problem with this.. As of tomorrow, our unique trophies will be ordered, along with 200 dash plaques for our guests. September 15th is our last meeting before the show, the meeting will be used to stuff 200 goodie bags. Both Imagination and N.N.C. will bust this out. B.B.Q. is next Sunday the 23rd at 11 am, @ Cottonwood Park in Sparks. Bring your RIDES, any games or additional food you may want. The menu includes - chicken, burgers, hot dogs, tri-tip, chili, mac and potato salads, garlic bread and some other food favorites. 50/50 was Won Michael Mcgill again! Lucky guy at all Raffles! Congrats and thanks for your donation back to your club! That's the highlights folks! See ya at the B.B.Q.! Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics Hello N.N.C.
I want to start by saying the Back to The Fire show was a huge success! Having a show 1st in the season and then a show last of the year brings total excitement to the car club community. This show would not have gone so well without the help of key club members and the support of all out there that showed. Weather worked out well, and the 35 that we expected turned into 80. Hellfire was so happy, they invited us back for a Back to the Fire II next year! For all that missed the meeting, Imagination came to the core meeting to discuss the Baldini's "A Show For Hope". The outcome of this meeting was the following. I will email all flyers to the participants of the Back to the Fire show, Marnie and I are working on Craft vendors - at this point we have four, looking for about 5 or 6, so almost there. Great Basin Brewery has been confirmed for the beer garden. Imagination is working on kids face painting. Entertainment was up in the air between live or D.J., but as of today 5/27/2019 live entertainment has been confirmed. Brian Andrews as Elvis will be performing for the show. He was with us last year and did a great job. N.N.C. decided against show shirts - for club shirts, they are currently in the works. Imagination will be providing 23 trophy categories. N.N.C. with be bringing unique trophies to the show - that will give us a grand total of 40 to give out to happy car people. Imagination and N.N.C. will split the vendor and food vendor cash Raffles will be done separate, 50/50 will be split. Registration will be split in half, Imagination and N.N.C. will split one half and the other half given to Justin hope Foundation. Imagination will split the cost of dash plaques. Both clubs will meet at the September 15th meeting to assemble goodie bags. SOOOOO much more information than this to talk about. It was a very productive meeting today, I thank all that attended. Today, we welcomed Jack Leggett as our new Vice President and Terry Lindstrom that was voted in to Sergeant at Arms. Congrats to you Both! Special thanks to Marnie Degregori for winning todays 50/50 and returning it back to the club. If you want to know more about the club you are a part of, we will see ya at our next meeting on June 9th at 3:30 pm at Baldini's. See ya next month, Kevin, President Northern Nevada Classics. Hello N.N.C.! Just a few notes from the meeting, in - case you couldn't make it. James , President of Imagination C.C. started off our meeting to discuss the works of the "Show for Hope" at Baldinis September 23rd. On March 25th James and I have a meeting to discuss a bounce house for the kids, beer vendors, music, trophies, food vendors and a few craft booths. It look like we may have up to 30 awards, awesome music, raffles and a lot of fun for all that attend. We also talked about the final planning for the "Back to the Fire" show April 28th. Any and all volunteers need to meet at Hellfire the day of the show at 6 am. We are also going to make a trip on April 14th at 11:30 am to discuss placement of all the show set up. All are welcome to attend. B.B.Q. for N.N.C. and guest Imagination will be held at Cottonwood park June 23rd at 11 am. We will provide burgers, dogs, chips and soda. Any one wanting to donate or bring something else to B.B.Q. are welcome to! After our meeting, I pulled any votes from our cans for Vice President, Special Events, Secretary and the Suggestion. Because we have a good turn out of members today, we did have a few votes for Vice President. I will not push nor do I expect anyone to push a person to accept the roll, But "Jack Leggett" was voted into the position. Whether Jack excepts this responsibility is entirely up to him. I will say Jack is a true asset to our club and I feel would do a great job? Special thanks to Andy Barton! Andy continues to help out a great deal on raffles for us. Speaking of Andy, He won our 50/50 raffle today. Congrats sir, and thank you for all that you do. In conclusion, we will not have an April meeting because of the Hellfire show. Meetings will continue May 19th to start on plans for our summer fun! See y'all at the "Back to the Fire" show at Hellfire Saloon. April 28th, 2019, at 9 am. Kevin President N.N.C Hello N.N.C.,
Quick update on the February meeting, if you missed it. Due to the blizzard and white out conditions of the meeting date, it was a small group this day. The discussion was about wrapping up the Hellfire show and what is still needed to be done. We are getting close to raffles that we will need to get, thanks to members like you. We still need to achieve the goal of more goodie bag items - pens, pencils etc.. Summit will probably be a great deal of help on this one. Registration will be done by Rene, Tracy and Marnie. Parking by Glen, Scott, myself and help from Grumpy and Jerry, our judges. We are still in need of as many set up and tear down people as we can get. Set up will begin at 6 am, the day of the show. Also discussed that at both of our shows, N.2.M.2. will be giving an award to the best car there and at the end of the year our winners will compete with all other winners throughout the season for the final over all best Classic of the year. Baldini's "A Show for Hope" was talked about briefly. The show is in the beginning stages of development, but with good solid plans ready to put in place. Next month's core meeting on March 17th at Baldini's will include the President of Imagination C.C. to start the ball rolling. James and Kevin Bland have a ton of great ideas to make this an extra special show that people will never forget. If you would like to be a part of the planning of the Baldini's show, you're more than welcome to come to the core meeting to put out ideas and insights. The core meeting will lead right into the club meeting. Last thing discussed was a club picnic. You will be seeing this shortly on our Facebook page. The B.B.Q. will be held at Cottonwood Park in Sparks. June 23rd from 11am to whenever. Club will be paying for all food, you will not need to bring anything, unless you want something special cooked for you. We do encourage you to bring games, family and friends. This will be a fun day, no meeting, just a whole bunch of car people and friends having a good time. Keep in mind, March 17th is our last meeting before the Hellfire Show. We will not have a meeting in April, so this is a pretty important one. Hope to see you all at Baldini's March 17th and then we will start the car season off right with "Back to The Fire" April 28th. See ya all soon. Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics C.C. Hello N.N.C. It was a good turn out for this month's meeting - for any of you that couldn't make it, this is what you missed. Still in need of a few core members - Special Events, Vice President and a Secretary. We will continue to search until we find the right people for the job! Cling window stickers with club logo are now in stock and for sale $5 each, and will be at all meetings and shows. Plans for the April 28th Hellfire show are almost complete. The last thing on the agenda was picking trophy categories. Today a notepad was passed around for suggestions, with success. We have 13 categories for the show. Trophy plaques and dash plaques will be ordered April 1st - designed by Award Zone. We were also able to get two outstanding judges that will not only do the Judging for Hellfire, but will also be a part of the team for the Show for Hope in September. Jerry and Don "Grumpy" have a ton of experience between them and are the most fair and honest people I know. We are extremely lucky to have them on board. Jerry and Don will also be offering Safety Checks for all that are interested. The Lot at Hellfire was expanded for us. We will have a big portion of the corner lot, holding room for 60+ cars as well as our D.J. We also may use the inside of Hellfire for additional space for raffle prizes, if needed. My Wife Marnie has been busy as well, We now have a full working excel work sheet . This will cover all loss and gain to the club and will be broke down for each show or any event. Marnie was also able to make this month's N2M2 at Hot August Nights. She was able to listen as well as give her input. Oh, by the way N.N.C. will be on the car show calendar that Al's Rods and Customs put out, for the Hellfire and A Show for Hope shows. N2M2 will supply a trophy for each show, and the winner of that trophy gets a shot at the final prize, awarded at the end of the season by N2M2. We will also be on the N2M2 web page for both shows as well. The only concern that is left as far as the show goes are Raffle Prizes and Goodie Bag Gear. We are lacking in this area. In the end I know we can pull this one off though. Our Awesome Recruiter for the club, Rene Biondo, was generous enough to donate $60 for the needs of the club, just for the heck of it! My Wife Marnie, won the 50/50 today and was also generous enough to donate $36 back to the kitty. Thank you ladies, you rock! That's it in a nut shell for this month. Hope to see ya at the April 17th meeting. See ya Next month. Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics C.C. November Club meeting was a small one, but a lot of information was shared. The meetings are in the works as N.N.C. and Imagination C.C. are now working together to put on the Baldini's show September 22nd. The show is a benefit for Autism "JUSTin HOPE Foundation. "The Show for Hope" being the theme.
But first comes our return to Hellfire Saloon. "Return to the Fire" will be a small show with huge fun. A return to our roots of the beginning. Awards, D.J. raffles and the great food of Hellfire Saloon. By the way, Hellfire is one of our newest sponsors! Shows are planned, flyers are in developing stages and plans are being made. This year along with our two shows, are also a lot of other events are in the works. Sad news, Christmas party had to be cancelled, due to lack of participation. therefore, no meeting in December. Meetings will resume January 20th. Big thank you to Rene' Biondo for her donation of not only a pop up tent for the club, but also her $50 cash donation. We would also like to thank Glen & Tracy Copeland for their generous donation of six folding tables to be used for the club's shows and events. We are truly at a strong running start to the show season. Hope you guys and gals are as excited as we are. See ya next month at the meeting. Kevin- President Northern Nevada Classics C.C. With a new car show year, come new car club changes. Starting off October, we are now in search of a new core group to lead us into the 2019 year. A new position has been added into the core. Congratulation to Rene' Biondo, our new club Recruiter. Voting began at this meeting, in search of Special Events people (3), back up Sergeant at Arms, Secretary and Back up and a Vice President that will help lead us into the future. We have a few names of tax attorneys and plans are in the works to set up a non profit business account as well as open a club bank account. Our treasurer has also set up a spread sheet on excel to track all our funds, in and out of the club. We are happy to welcome a new sponsor to the club. Champion Upholstery. They have been local to the Reno/ Sparks area for over 30 years. Club meetings and core meetings are now on the same dates, to make it easier for all to attend. For example our next core meeting is November 18th at 2:30 pm, followed by the club meeting at 3:30 pm A few fun things to come! A Club banner is in the process as well as static cling window stickers, our web page has gone through some changes as well, with more to come, including video. Christmas party has an added excitement this year, it will be including numerous other local clubs to join in on the fun!!! Remember - if you are wanting to go, it's December 16th 5 pm to 8 pm at Baldini's. Please R.S.V.P. to myself before December 1st. Speaking of mixing clubs, we have set a date for September 22nd at Baldini's! This will include at this point 5 other local, small clubs in the Reno/Sparks/Carson area. This show is guaranteed to sell out fast! Mix of classics, Low Riders, V.W., Rat Rods, Custom Vehicles, Motorcycles and Bikes! A true mix for all enthusiasts. Spring show is also a true possibility, going back to our roots where we started - Hellfire Saloon. Just a small get together with 40 or 50 of our closest friends. Tracy Copeland was the winner of our 50/50 raffle, she was kind enough to donate it back to the club. $65, thank you Tracy! We are on track for another great car show year, thanks to you all! See ya at next month's meeting. Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics September 23rd, 2018 brings Northern Nevada Classics Car Club to Baldini's at the very dark hour of 5:15am, for our very first big show. Setup began smoothly - tables, chairs, raffle prizes etc. were set up as the first cars began to roll in at 6am. At this point, ready or not, we began registering cars. S.P.C.A arrived at 8am and set up their own booth right next raffles. By 9am, the food truck, beer garden and ice cream truck had arrived. By 10am, we began judging cars and Elvis was in full form on the stage. By Noon, registration registration had ended and it was time to sit back and wait on those judges. By 1:30, Elvis was done performing - he had done a fantastic job, and it was time for us to take center stage! Raffle numbers were drawn, smiling faces abound. Ric, Donna and Kevin were on the mike at this point, talking up raffles and the plaques to come! After all the raffle prizes were distributed to the happy recepients, it was time to go notify the winners of those plaques. This was the happiest part of the day, because we were able to find them and give them the good news that their hard work had paid off. At this point, we lined up all of those gorgeous cars, and individually gave them their plaques, and had their picture taken. Last part of the day the 50/50 raffle was drawn, and wouldn't ya know it, an N.N.C member was the lucky winner!! Overall, registration, parking and the food vendors, club members, volunteers, Baldini's and everyone involved with the show were fantastic. The show was a huge success!!!!!!!! At the end of the show, I was able to walk the lot and thank as many people as I possibly could. Everyone I spoke to, asked when the next show would be, that this one was great and they would return again.. Even Baldini's asked what our plans were for the upcoming year. On today's date, October 1st, 2018, Northern Nevada Classics was able to present S.P.C.A of Northern Nevada a money order in the amount of $1,485.50. As a club, we should be VERY proud of what we were able to accomplish to help them continue to do the great work they do for the community and all those dogs and cats of Northern Nevada. In closing, I would like to thank everyone involved, and everyone that came to the show, and all of the sponsors that believed in, and backed us. ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT SHOW?!?! See you at October's meeting!!!!! Kevin President Northern Nevada Classics Freakin' Awesome meeting today!
Today's meeting was a meeting/B.B.Q. held at Cottonwood park. If you missed it, you missed one heck of a fun day! With the show one month away and all in place, this was a kick back meeting, to enjoy food, good conversation and friends new and old. The day included lots of food, children young and old playing, music and the introduction of our new Vice President, Rheanna Dominguez, as well as back up core secretary. Also added today to the back up core position for historian was Marnie Degregori. All voted by you the club! Even our friends from Family Classics Car Club came to visit! Today's 50/50 was won by Marnie Degregori in the sum of $86, which Marnie returned to the club. The club was also generous enough to donate $29 just for the heck of it. Thank you all for giving back to your club! This is a perfect example of a club having fun like a family. If you were there today, thank you for all the fun, if you missed it, you won't want to miss the next one. See ya next month! Kevin This month's meeting started with a club challenge. With our other co-founder J.R. stepping down to member status we were faced with a new challenge. As President I made the decision for the good of the club, that we needed to vote in a Vice President. This vote will continue until our August meeting when at the B.B.Q. a Vice President will be voted in. We also put up ballots for back up Secretary, Historian and a core position for Special Events.
I am happy to announce Ric and Donna Thompson were elected for the core position of Special Events. Congratulations Ric & Donna! These two have a bunch of great ideas and will put on great shows for N.N.C. long into the future. Them being elected to this position was a no brainer. B.B.Q. meeting was decided for our August show. This will be a ton of fun. Meeting to bring in a new Vice President, 50/50 raffle, wrap up plans for "Keeping the Classics Alive" good food, and all our COOL cars. Speaking of our show, raffle prizes are ready, Brian Andrews "Elvis" ready, judges, parking, trophies, all things are falling into place. We are approaching the end of an era as we prepare for our Farwell to A&W and help them to celebrate all their memories as well as ours. August 11th our club N.N.C. will enjoy the last day on the green. We are currently in the process of creating something special for Mike and Rayleen, as it is well deserved. This month Allen won the 50/50 of $60 and donated back to the club. Thank you Allen and others that love this club and continue to put the winnings back into our club. You are truly great members and people. Next stop is Farewell to A&W show, Core meeting and B.B.Q. at Idewild. Fun month to Come! See ya next month Kevin President- N.N.C. Today we discussed the Veterans show and it's success and it's short comings.
The show ran perfect as it was planned, aside for the certain things we couldn't do, such as raffle prizes, 50/50 anything that included money exchange on federal property. This wasn't told to us until days before the show. The show included some very happy veterans, that ate well, enjoyed great company and over all enjoyed themselves. It was our honor to be there for them and show these people a good time that served our country and gave us our freedom. In the end J.R. and I presented the Veterans a plaque from our club, thanking them for their service, and J.R. made a touching speech. Ric & Donna Thompson were the trophy winner for Veterans choice. This was their first trophy ever with their Willys Truck. Since our show, they have won two others for that awesome ride. Congratulations Ric & Donna! The rest of the meeting involved discussion on our Keeping The Classics Alive show in September. Baldini's not only will provide us with 11 trophies for the show, parking for four hundred cars, but will provide entertainment. Brian Andrews as "ELVIS" his performance is incredible as I have witnessed for myself. The club also made a decision on looking for a new T-shirt company for us, do to the delays of shipment on our previous order. Sarah has already created a design for our show shirts and I am currently in search of a new and improved printer. Club made the decision to create a plaque for Rayleen and Mike, owners of A&W for all the years of fun and food. The plaque is in the works and will be presented by our club during the last day on the green at the Plumb location on August 11th from 5 to 9 pm. We appear to be on track for our Grease theme show and shine in September and with our experience of the Veterans show under our belt, KEEPING THE CLASSIS ALIVE! will be a great show and fun for all. Thank you to all the members that came to the meeting on fathers day. You are truly dedicated to the club, as I am to you, and this great growing family. See ya next month at the meetings. Kevin- Co-Founder Northern Nevada Classics Great turn out for the meeting on Sunday. There were 23 members total.
Today we discussed final thoughts as we approach the Veterans show. We are ready. With a possible amount of 30 cars, we have reached our capacity. Baldini's show in September is our next goal. A list of jobs have been handed out to the core to complete, as well as a request for member participation. Metro is up for sale and ready to go to it's future home. Club Shirts have been put on a delay, due to circumstances out of the club's control. I hope to have them by our Veterans show on June 3rd. In between our veterans show and our Baldini's show, our club has the honor to be the last club to do Day on the Green for A & W on Plumb Lane before they close their doors forever. This event will take place on August 11th, 5 to 9 pm. I encourage all to come and share you support for A&W as well as your memories. We also discussed ways to do future cruise-ins as a club. This is something I always intended on having for the club. In doing this, it will require more club interaction, Something we are all working on as we speak. 50/ 50 Drawing was won by Ric & Donna Thompson! Congratulations guys. Last months face book trivia was won by Steve Browning. Steve was awarded 10 50/50 raffle tickets and a post on the web and Facebook of his awesome truck. Steve was kind enough to donate his tickets to the club. Way to go Steve! Thank you to all that are members of this family and all that you do. See ya'll at the Veterans show June 3rd, 1 -3 pm. Kevin Northern Nevada Classics Sunday's meeting involved a vast amount of issues that needed to be discussed as well as being resolved.
The fun stuff is handing out raffle tickets to the winners of the trivia question of the month. Brian won 3 tickets as well as his classic being the pic of the month on the Facebook page, Roy won 10 and Steve 5 raffles for answering the trivia question of "How does a fluid drive transmission work?". Club shirts are finally on order and will be for sale by the May 20th meeting for $10 each. The project Metro work is in full swing and is coming along great. Metro project day is coming on May 6th. True improvements will be completed on this date. Our first Family, friends, fun day is fast approaching on April 29th at Wild Island, we are all looking forward to a good time. Veteran's Show on June 3rd now has an official D.J. The trophy is ready, 14 cars are entered out of the 20 we hoped for so far, all is in place, ready for a fun show. A lot of attention was put toward the planning of the Baldini's show for September 23rd. The main thing we are in search of, are club members that would like to donate their time for helping put it all together. Any and all suggestions are welcome as well. Anyone that is interested and would like a list of needs please contact Jessica Campos. J.R. our co founder was generous to donate $50 to the club kitty, and I won the 50/50 raffle and donated it back. This is the second time I've won! I swear I am not cheating! lol. Thank you to all that attended Sunday, it was awesome to see new faces as well as old friends. Interaction, conversation and sharing stories was a blast. See you all May 20th for our next meeting! Kevin N.N.C. This meeting saw N.N.C. making great leaps and bounds!
Running total of memberships is now at 50 plus - a lot of new and excited faces today, all with great ideas and full of inspiration. We now have an official agenda. The first week of the month is dedicated to our donation project vehicle, second is to the core meeting, the third regular monthly meeting AND the final week is set as a family, friends and fun day! Thank you to all that braved the winds and snow of Nevada yesterday.
Productive meeting for sure - shirts, stickers, banner and additional business cards are in the works. Plans are in place for our Veterans show on June 3rd as we plan as well for our first Baldini's car show September 23rd.! Big doings for us at this time - working on the 1966 International to get it ready to be raffled off at our Baldini's show. This will be no easy task, there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Dates are planned to work on her, plus with the help of some new sponsors, we will get her done! Something new that was decided, was that for each show we will pick a different charity or cause to help. Here's the good part, 50% of proceeds will go to that cause or charity. The raffle was won by me! I, in turn, donated it back to the club. Special thanks to Jessica Campos and Ed Gonzalez for the awesome work that they did on club flyers!!! Thank you to all that are making the effort to make us great. See ya next month. Kevin Awesome meeting yesterday!! We said good bye Hellfire, hello to Baldini's, made Bree a very happy girl with the gift of her own truck! Special Thanks to Roy Troutner for the donation of the 1966 International Metro panel wagon, that will be raffled off at our first car show. Also a thank you to Wayne Bradly Pride for winning the 50/50 raffle and putting his money right back into the club. We made great strides on making N.N.C. greater today! The biggest thank you I can give is to all of you that came out yesterday with all your support and enthusiasm! Next for us is car shows, cruises and Fun! See ya next month!
